What a trustworthy name.

I am absolutely disappointed with the lack of communication and unprofessional manner in which I have been treated by Steve Campbell Associates.I first contacted this company after reading online that he would be able to resolve my issue.Early July I spoke to Mr. Campbell via telephone regarding a boundary dispute and was told to send an email including photos and that my case would be attended to in 3 weeks.I felt confident at the time that this would happen, and, after a month passed, I began calling his office.After trying for a further week, his receptionist finally took my call.Once again I had to go over my concerns with her and was told that I woud have to wait a further 3 weeks as Mr. Campbell was very busy.Aren't we all!A further month has slipped by and no contact from Steve Campbell Associates.Another round of daily phone calls to his number to enquire about my concerns; which are now at a critical stage-my neighbour now having built his garage across our boundary.Finally my call was taken by his receptionist who, although polite; displayed no genuine concern for my plight.She eventually suggested that I look elsewhere to resolve my issue as Mr. Campbell was still very busy.Should she not have suggested this in July???We are now at the end of September and I feel much maligned and TOTALLY let down by the lack of professionalism throughout this experience with Steve Campbell Associates and urge anyone who is waiting for 3 weeks" to abandon ALL hope immediately because these people DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!"
