Kj Glass

I attended one of the first Glass Fusion Workshops which KJ Glass had organised since lockdown. Fortunately the available date fell on my daughters 13th birthday, and she was booked on the course to, so it was unexpected birthday treat for her. It was a great couple of hours spent learning a new craft and making beautiful items that we end up receiving a few days later. Even a 13 year old enjoyed it!!! Karen was great, helping us all out with our visions and showing us what different materials look like after they have been fired.I would 100% recommend booking one of Karen’s Workshops. You don’t have to been any kind of Artist, just go with the flow and see what you can create.

Had a couple of bespoke pieces made by Karen. They were both amazing and I would highly recommend viewing her work and treating yourself to a beautiful piece two, or even challenge her fantastic talent and get a bespoke piece of your own. You will not be disappointed.

had a gift voucher for my birthday for Kj Glass. I had the option to use it at a class to design my own piece or to use it on a commission piece. I decided on the latter. Deciding on what to have made took a bit of time but Karen was patient throughout. I visited her studio for inspiration and saw a candle holder that I liked the idea of. I later emailed her some photos and she chose the one that she thought was most suitable to my budget. Fortunately it was also my favoured one. Karen got to work on it the following week and it was ready to pick up a couple of weeks later.I highly recommend Kj Glass.

Karen is amazing!Her work is outstanding and to the best standard. Very professional and takes great pride in her work.I have had a few pieces from her over the years and keep going back for more.If you are looking for bespoke one off glass pieces contact her she will be happy to help.I live hundreds of miles from her and all items posted to me are well wrapped. One item i bought was just under 2ft wide and it was in perfect condition when it arrived.

I commissioned this log with the family as a Christmas present. Karen made it using photos I sent and kept me updated throughout the process. It arrived safely packaged and was well received at Christmas! I would recommend KJ Glass.

My partner and I were gifted a large fused glass workshop, we had such a great time! Karen was super friendly and knowledgeable, we felt very welcome. It was a lovely way to spend a morning, creating some (hopefully) wonderful pieces that we can display in our home. Highly recommend a workshop, especially if you love crafting or trying new things! We were total beginners, and it's definitely something we'd like to do again.

Karen's work is positively lovely! We have several of her pieces that we commissioned and the quality is beautiful. Highly recommend her and her handworks. The six blue flower piece is a remake as the original toppled and shattered (sadly). When contacted, she had my original order still on file and was able to recreate the piece as I wanted. The duo-tone turquoise piece was customized per my colour choices and I love it! Well done Karen, your work is beautiful and high quality. I'll certainly be returning in the future as I am able. :)
