Patchway Dental Practice

I had my first visit today 21st February and I was delighted with the helpfulness & friendliness of the reception staff & really wanted to give positive feedback as I have tried other dentists before. I met my new dentist Ali and her assistant ( sorry didn't know her name) & they immediately made me feel very comfortable indeed. I had a clean whilst they were waiting for xray & this was the most comfortable I have had in a long time ( and I have quite sensitive teeth at times). 5 Stars!

Hadn’t been to the dentist for years and they felt in a bad way. From the minute I booked in to all the actual treatment, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Really made it a lot less difficult for me so really really appreciate!!!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I'm a really nervous patient. I've been with this practice for years. I really trust my dentist Chris and I have been able to overcome most of my nervousness as a result.

We were booked with the wrong dentist and as a result the experience here was awful, the dentist I was seeing, Samir was very rough with his tools. When checking my gums he was very forceful with the tool and the whole thing felt extremely rushed, unlike Chris my usual dentist who takes his time and uses extra care when I see him. Even though he knew I have autism he sprung on me a plaque removal without consulting me about it. He didn't show me his tools, what they'd do, how they'd work or even how they'd sound. In the end I had to hold my mums had who said I looked like I was about to freak out and how I was hyperventilating throughout the whole process. During the plaque removal it again felt extremely rushed and hurt my gums, jamming the drill into my mouth. After the appointment was finished I feel extremely reluctant to come back here as a result of this even knowing I won't be there for a while.

I recently chipped my tooth during a lunch hour and Helen was able to see me the same day for an emergency fix, very fortunate! Helen, and reception, were extremely helpful, efficient and my tooth looks great! Thank you! :)

I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and today I had to have a filling!!! Well cue the tears and anxiety. I seen Mike and he did nothing but put me at ease what an incredible person. Now my fears are gone.

Excellent dentists with convenient parking opposite. Highly recommended.
