I'm with Holistic Essence for over 2 years now, and I enjoy each of my session. Before we start our therapy, Naomi always ask about my requirements and what we would like to achieve from it. She is very attentive and able to read my body very well!

Holistic Essence
I have been going to Naomi for 9 months, I started with Indian head massages to help relieve stress and anxiety and then moved on to weekly sessions of back, neck and shoulders massage or reflexology. Every session has been so claiming and relaxing, any aches or pains are gone and I always sleep so well. Naomi asks lots of questions (in a professional and friendly manner) to ensure she is providing you the treatments that you need. I highly recommend Naomi.

Naomi is amazing. I've just had reflexology with her. She is so professional and tailors the needs for individuals. I have had a chest infection and i dont know what or how but she was able to make my breathing easier. Naomi you are brilliant.

Holistic Essence
Since having kids I had reoccurring issues with shoulders, back and neck and had pretty much given up on anybody being able to help relieve the pain long term. Naomi managed to pinpoint not just the problems I was aware of but also issues that could have resulted in additional problems had they not been treated. After a few regular massage sessions my back, neck and shoulders are now so much more relaxed and the pain is gone. Not only is Naomi extremely good at treating the problem, she makes you feel totally at ease and relaxed, happily giving you advise to help ensure that you don’t fall back into those bad posture habits causing problems. I have already recommended Naomi to friends, and will happily continue to do so.

I have recently enjoyed an effective Reflexology treatment from Naomi. She found two specific points on my feet which related to health issues i am currently experiencing. It felt really good and was deeply relaxing. I slept soundly last night and today feel unusually grounded and positive. Thank you Naomi.

I was suffering from back and shoulder pain in particular, probably from long hours of incorrect posture sat at the desk! Naomi was recommended to me and 4 to 5 massages later, I am feeling a great deal better. Massage was firm when required, to iron out those knots, but then relaxing enough that I had a sneaky 5 minutes sleep at the end of last evenings massage. Hopefully one massage every 3 to 4 weeks will now be sufficient to keep the aches at bay. Naomi is friendly and personable, and I would highly recommend. Thank You!

Naomi is not only brilliant at what she does but also makes you feel incredibly relaxed and at home during her treatments. She not only focuses on your physical health but also on your mental health, I find this to be very important as I know I can feel totally comfortable with her and I come away feeling much less stressed physically and mentally. Also, as someone with a physical job I’d be in a lot of pain without her massages! Would definitely recommend!!

Naomi is extremely welcoming and warm hearted with such a beautiful personality. As soon as I visited Naomi to have my back worked on, I felt comfortable and at ease straight away. Her professionalism is outstanding and her knowledge of my personal pain was impressive and I can honestly say I'm definitely going back there for more treatments. I absolutely recommend Naomi!!
