Good, always treat my dog well, very hard to get an appointment and it's easier to go in to speak to someone as the phone doesn't get answered much, and booking online just doesn't seem to work. But my dog always seems happy when coming out of there and the staff are lovely

Took my long haired 1 year old dog in for his 3 monthly groom because that’s the only appointments ever available which is already disappointing as this is too long from the last appointment. When appointment day finally arrived I am then told to take my dog home to wash, brush and get the knots outs of his undercoat then call up the next day to see if they have any appointment available having waited so long already .Met with sarcasm by groomer “do you even brush the dog?” Yes I struggle with my puppies matted undercoat even though I brush him daily, this is not the type of service I expected from a fully qualified groomer and I left with no new tips or advice and returned to an independent groomer with better service.Would not recommend, your dog already has to be fully groomed beforehand

I used the self service wash room. Staff were lovely.

Great first cut for my dog here. 2nd not as short as we liked.

Auntie Amanda who is one of the staff members in the vets section is such a wonderful and caring woman who comforts not only you're pets but also the customers who are worried about their pets. I give her 5 stars

We were concerned as our dog is a rescue dog and bath time is the one fear he retains. The Ladies in the groom room were absolutely delightful and Charlie took to them straight away.They did a wonderful job and Charlie was happy and handsome and I was delighted with the price.Well done The Groom Room

Brilliant groomers, I took my Springer there yesterday, the staff where really friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job

I booked the groom room as our usual place let us down and they had free appointments the next day but I will definitely be making this place my regular groomer. The lady that groomed dusty was so lovely and friendly and kind and when I came to pick her up later she has honestly never looked cuter. So impressed and such great value for money too. They really listened to what I wanted and delivered. So happy!
