Cheap, Incredible location due to the proximity to the beach and the mall, the rooms are cozy and the toilets are clean, breakfast is included. Overall great service and a great Host. I enjoyed every second staying. 10/10 would recommend.

Philip is the most accomodating person I have met, he went well out of his way to make us happy! He even bought a cake for my friend as we'd mentioned it was his birthday! This is the best value stay I've come across in central Brighton.

Really good stay at the Sandpiper guesthouse, the location is great and offers everything you need for a lovely break by the sea. The host was always so kind and accommodating to all our needs, would definitely stay again!

The owner is lovely and accommodating so 5* for service. The room we stayed in was clean but overall the hotel needs to be completely renovated. Its more like and bed and breakfast rather than a hotel.
