Taken in a Samsung phone for screen and LCD replacement, the phones corner isnt glued down properly and the screens display is smaller than it was before, and now within a week it has cracked and bits of glass have fallen out!

Paid for a new battery and glass repair - took it back as not charging and paid for cleaning charging connector. Still no good so took it to my usual guy who declared it was an old battery . This trader" denied everything and I offered to sell him back his battery but turned me down ??? Phone working and charging fine -thanks to the guy from Church Green who is now in the indoor market.Just seen your response -looks like your stock answer is we were in a different shop - tell that to Trading Standards -The video my wife took is now with them -liar !"

They should be shut down. Ransacked my Samsung rather than repairing it. Cost me a lot of money with their skullduggery. Had to buy a new phone. My phone's new battery had been replaced with an old battery (6% charge after shift at work, previously 80%) when I collected it after they replaced my screen and then proceeded to fall apart, the back came off and charging portal needed replacing and the screen wouldn't swipe properly! £65 for the screen. It wasn't worth spending any more money on after their handiwork. SR Fones, also in the Kingfisher, near the toilets, are owned by the same rogues and wrecked my friend's phone. All 5 star reviews on here seem to have reviewed both shops at the same time and SR Fones in Hyde, 90 miles from Redditch, so are fake. Will report to Trading standards.
