Not good service. They aren’t that organised and need reminding of my contact a week before even though it’s on their system. Not allowed to take photos of me with my child on my phone. It is only excepted on their camera and their photo quality is terrible.

The place was filthy whe I arrived and I was the 1st one in that room to my knowledge. Even my 2 year old noticed that things were dirty I was cleaning things before they played with them. Not happy with the fact that babies have to provide their own toys eg play mats high chair booster seats. Also I asked for a bouncer for my 8 month old and it snapped with her in it. NOT CLEAN AT ALL. NO SAFETY CHECKS DONE ON ANYTHING. I WILL NOT BE ALLOWING MY KIDD TO GO BACK THERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

these people are all nice to your face then lie about you to social service so they can keep there contract with them not good at all.
