IF I have any choices, I would give them 0.I would recommend don't West your money and time with them.

Don't touch this company with a bargepole. They are the most unprofessional, incompetent and inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with. They constantly cancel at the last minute. When they do turn up they are always at least 2 hours late. They take your deposit and keep you waiting months before carrying out the work using excuses such as the material required has not arrived, it has arrived but is the wrong colour or size etc etc. We got fed up waiting and cancelled part of our order. We were promised a deposit of our refund within 2 weeks but it was actually 2 months before we received it. some of the work they did carry out was substandard with a drawer coming off its runners a few days after the front had been replaced. The handle was also squint. They say they don't get your texts, voicemails or emails balming poor reception on the mobile, screeching on the landline, problems with the email etc etc. Endless excuses. It took 5 months from the payment of our deposit for the work to be completed [it wasn't a very big job] - 5 months of constant hassle and frustration.

Not at address on website, not telephone number on website.Do they want to be in business?

As another reviewer said 'just don't'. After 7 months of waiting and considerable expense, I have a damaged unit and unfinished job. Evidently they are going to finish the job in January.The stress and finished product just isn't worth it.

For anyone considering Granite Transformations in Edinburgh I have a bit of advice: just don’t.
