I booked to have my nails done here at 1.30pm. The metal tools where not stored in barbacide, nail files where not cleansed or disposed of in-between clients. Despite booking the appointment I was waiting over an hour for them to begin the treatment, making me late for other things I had to do. The lady rushed the application, there is no apex to the acrylic shape which is vital for structure and it was applied visibly lumpy. So after 3 hours in this shop I now have lumpy acrylics I have paid for. I requested a refund as I was not happy with the service and quality I received and was met with an extremely rude reply to go and see a solicitor about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff are unprofessional and only polite while you are handing over money. I've had brilliantly applied acrylics done elsewhere. To sum it up: a waste of time, money and nothing was done to good standard. While I was having my nails done another lady waiting complained she had things to do and couldn't wait any longer.

On Thirsday me and my daughter went and had her nails done she loved them they was amazing looked beautiful BUT theyve only lasted her till sat morming.thats 1 1/2 days She's really upset ,also they cost 40 quid

This is a busy shop that take walk ins as well as appointments. They prioritise appointments over walk ins. The nails are always finished nicely. And staff are all friendly and polite. Like every other nail shop there can sometimes be a wait. But that is perfectly normal for an in demand service. Highly recommended

Excellent service, lovely staff my first time there & I will be going back

My first visit was 4 weeks ago when I went there for a set of acrylics and gel for my holidays. They were all attentive to my needs, provided me with a coffee and chatty. I was very pleased with the results. Today, with nails needing an in-fill, I went to see if I could get them done. All employees were busy but the gentleman told me to take a seat. 5 minutes later, she started on me. Very, very pleased with the outcome. They will be my regular nail bar from now on. Thank you to all concerned

Really Disappointed, been coming here for 2 years+, they have become a victim of their own success, I have had to wait over 45mins sometimes past my appointment time but I’ve never complained. Today I called in at 9.10am as I’d had my nails done a day earlier and the thumb nail had all bubbled and peeled off. I was told they couldn’t fit me in all day, it would have taken 10mins max to repair. When I said I expected the nails to last longer than a day, I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to come back and make an appointment another day. I will not be returning after paying £40 I would expect them to last longer than a day! I was surprised at how poor the customer service was for a loyal customer.
