Visited the Motorrad section to have a test ride on the new BMW R18. To be honest, central London is not the best location to take a big cruiser bike for a ride, but staff were friendly and accommodating. Also, a nice selection of bikes on display.

They were great. We test drove 2 electric cars - i3 an iX1. Very nice lounge and easy to get to. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I've bought a number of bikes here. The venue itself is very impressive, whether you're buying a car or bike. Attentive staff with a coffee or tea or water.I dealt with Brandon, who was very chatty and really knew his stuff. Sorted me out the test rides I was after and made the experience enjoyable.

Buying a car from BMW Park Lane has been the single most disappointing car buying experience of my life. Started with a sub par preparation of a one year old vehicle that has not been polished or even properly cleaned, including handover in a nearby parking lot. Continued with almost two months of unimaginable absence of customer care whilst dealing with faults and error codes in and out of garages and tremendous amount of wasted time, money and sleep affecting my mental heath. Thankfully BMW UK stepped in to provide resolution however it does not negate the fact that this was the last of me that BMW Park Lane will ever see.

Special shout-out to Zaynab who greeted me, she went above and beyond. She was not only great to talk to but also remarkably perceptive of my interests. Zaynab also went out her way to make amazing coffee for me and my family, and her thoughtful care extended to our dog, offering friendliness which my dog thoroughly enjoyed, and offered water right away. This all made our experience truly wonderful. Definitely recommend this showroom for both its cars and outstanding service.
