ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I brought my courtains to wash and they were returned dirty, they smelled bad and they didn't look even pressed! I asked for my money back and now they are ignoring my messages. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have used their alterations service multiple times now for a variety of different items and I am always very pleased with the quality of work. They clearly know what they are doing and have always offered good advice regarding how I alter my items when asked. Price is also very reasonable for the quality of work. Would definitely recommend!

Beaufort park dry cleaners repaired two pairs of jeans for me. They did it in double quick time, it was a really good job I can’t recommend them enough.Professional and helpful.

Owner is always so professional, personable and happy to see you. I called before hand twice to check about the price and turn around time and he was really happy to help. I'm really happy we have such a great business in the community as I've needed to use his services a few times now.

I used this dry cleaner last year. I had bought a 100% Wool duvet which was new which my young son had a bed wetting accident. They did not read the washing direction and it damaged the wool to the point whereby it is so hard and can't by spread on a bed. I complained and was told I was ensured and they never paid me and eventually ignored my emails. They do pay for the damage they caused. I would never recommend them and feel so aggrieved.

I am sorry to say that these dry cleaners are not very good at all. They over charged, and brought back the clothes with stains on them even laundry. Also happened to overhear another customer complaining about lost items. I hope they get their act together soon.

Used this dry cleaner while ago and it was alright. Not bad but also not great. It was too expensive for what it is. I cleaned feather duvet with them and even tho they had a poster saying that all duvets are same price I was charged more for the cleaning and when I questioned it, they said my duvet was bigger so I had to pay more.Why have misleading advertisement then saying all duvets are same price?Also the reason for the low score is that they advertise key cutting service but literally every single time I try to come in and have my key cut by them, they tell me the key cutting is not open. Why do you have that service advertised if you’re not providing it? If it has different opening hours to your dry cleaning, then make the customers aware! Lot of fake advertising happening at this place. Do better please!

Guys did a great job of cleaning the curtains after years of use by tenants.It’s always hard to judge how they turned up as we are not around, and the team was extremely accommodating in visiting the property again, and taking as many pictures as needed to reassure us of the results. They have been extremely patient and professional with every request we had. Thanks!
