From the very first moment my partner and I met Theresa (the lovely lady who showed us around the home we currently live in), we have felt so at ease and comfortable around everyone at PRH. Theresa, Bex and Lowena are a truly wonderful team who went out of their way to help us get set up in our new house and to welcome us to the area. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Renting a house with them has felt like a lovely and exciting journey, instead of all the usual stress that normally comes with moving house. They are not your average estate agency - they give eveything a really personal touch, which we so appreciate. They made the experience truly special for us by being there every step of the way. We simply cannot thank them enough.

I'm currently renting with PRH and have known them for a while. They are honest, caring and diligent estate agents who care for their tenants. I have little worry if I feel something is amiss and feel more than happy to contact them. Any problems are swiftly resolved. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely first class from the viewing to the final purchase of a 2 bed house in Penzance. We had a very nice personal experience working with Theresa. She managed everything from price negotiation and communication with the vendor to managing the small complication of the house having current rental tenants in place, and managing the transition of their letting agreement to us. Highly recommended.

My experience with PRH has been very positive. Theresa and Lowena work in a professional, friendly manner. Theresa used her good communication skills as she negotiated with my solicitor and the sellers during the purchase of my house. Her notebook is an asset! Rob’s help as a handyman has been invaluable, turning his hand to a number of jobs including tiling. A great team! Carry on the good work!

It was a lengthly and difficult sale as I was out of the country but Theresa and Lowena were fantastic throughout the entire process. Their dedication and professionalism are a real credit to them.
