Visited the Cafe today, waited 45 mins for a toasted sandwich and jacket potato. Both good when finally arrived.This was after waiting in a queue for 19 mibs to order a coffee

We head to the sales bench before anything else as most things in there are worth the price and can need brought back from the dead.The Pets Corner is always good and the cafe is OK.

This is a lovely, very spacious garden centre, inside & out.We especially liked the aquatic centre & Pavers department, a really good selection of shoes & boots.

Hillier Garden Centre Lechlade
Wow so wished we had read the reviews on here first. Came just for the cafe. What a disappointment.wfe and daughter had a cheese roll.... £9 for a cheese roll!!! Advertised as a baguette, it's far from a baguette. Don't even get any crisps on the side. I wanted ham but they didn't have any, what place doesn't have ham on a Saturday lunch time. Go out and buy some!!!!!! And the wasps. Well unless you like to share your sub standard over priced food with wasps then don't go here. And the staff clearly don't want to be working here either.

Hillier Garden Centre Lechlade
Garden centre is very good with healthy plants. Cafe is another story altogether. Slow unfriendly rude service. My panini was practically empty and when I complained I was reluctantly offered another one. I turned down a replacement and was given a refund but a ‘sorry’ would have been nice. The staff were very curt, not a smile on any of them.

Caffè is a nightmare, you wait forever to be served. Coffee half a cup of luke warm liquid. Asked for a toasted tea cake only to be told I don't think we have any then whilst sat at our table surrounded by with no exaggeration 5 to six wasps 2 tea cakes delivered to the next table!! The cafe has certainly gone down hill!

Hillier Garden Centre Lechlade
Popped over for a bit of lunch and review of the Christmas decorations.Visited the restaurant and a bit disappointed. Limited menu choice, and they still ran out of what I actually wanted. Quite a long wait to start as everyone wanted hot drinks. Then we waited nearly 40minutes for the food arrive that was warm at best. Not sure I would order hot food from here again.Garden centre its self was pretty good and managed to buy some nice Christmas decorations.

Great shopping experience but cafe was awful. Traffic backed up due to poor workstream and my ham sandwich had no spread and two limp bits of ham.Had said No Coleslaw but...got given coleslaw. My 87 year old Mums toastie was cold and gluey. So...yep..shop is great but AVOID the cafe. It was expensive and service station standard

Good place to go for all your plants, but will probably be better after Christmas. The cafe is good too.
