Very unprofessional, avoid.Mr Ray Dyer attended the roof leak in our dental clinic. Several days later the leak reappeared. I contacted Mr Dyer several times in order to arrange the revisit. Each time he missed and I was left waiting in the clinic. He has not been in the clinic since and never phoned to rearrange the visit.The leak has been getting worse so I arranged the alternative roof specialist. He showed me the photographs taken with his mobile of the very unprofessionally treated roof by Mr Dyer.

I phoned and left an answerphone message, they got back to me after a few days to arrange a quote. All helpful and friendly. As it was a small job they managed to fit me in pretty quickly - work looks good!
