Bad customer service.I’m pretty sure I know the difference between fried and grilled, which is why I came back to complain. Guess we’re both surprised, because I’m surprised your employees can’t explain what’s on the menu properly.

I'm not exaggerating when I say worst food ever. I'm pretty sure that when you order fish and chips it's not supposed to be a frozen freezer processed supermarket peice of fish with fries. To top it off it was over fried in old oil that wouldn't drain well and gave me a sore throat. I had a bad stomach through out the following day. Donner meat was sloppy and tasteless.I phoned to let you know as you are a business and I hoped you could use the feedback to improve but whoever I talked to had the worst attitude and seemed to be getting angrier with every word I said. Thankyou for coming to collect the food but you lied when you said it was less than a quarter. I have photos. It was more than half as I really couldn't get myself to eat more and if you came all the way the least you could have done is apologise for my experience and take it. You never know I may have at least came away with some good customer service instead of being left feeling you were argumentative and aggressive. Maybe some customer service training and a food course would help. Business depends on happy customers!

I normally prefer to buy Pizza from here. They have a great deal for a family with 4 peoples which will cost only £15. You will get, 2 12 pizza

If you want to have a finger licking evening with your family or friends gather over go for it and grab some meals from here ! We always order the full peri peri platter - 2 super succulent melting into the mouth grilled chickens , yummy chips , 8 wings and a bottle of Pepsi , farmhouse pizza with extra topping pepperoni ( they have the best pepperoni ever ) . You won’t regret buying from here is money worth and taste worth !

Nice fresh food, tasty pizzas with the texan trio hot sauce fresh full of flavour , chicken burgers are always cooked to perfection , keep it up , delivery is always on time

THIS PLACE IS MONEY GRABBING! I made a phone order of a chicken fillet burger meal with a one piece chicken on the side and I was told I couldn’t order one piece and it had to be either 2,4 or 6 pieces I have never heard this in my life at any fast food place. If you order one piece you get a one piece don’t tell me to spend more money and get two pieces. Also staff are quite rude and delivery drivers and staff inside argue with each other for 10 minutes and make you wait and watch them be unprofessional before taking your order. Over charge also, and also very stingy with their fries portions, THE BIGGEST THING is that if an order is below £5 it’s a charge on ur card!!!! What is this, you are not a off license or convenience store, you are a fast food store you should not to be doing this. Not even McDonald’s do this lol. I give this business another couple of months before it fails and goes into the ground

If I could give 0 I would!! Please avoid, absolutley terrible service, I repeat terrible service!! The fraudlent fish and chips more like aldi fish and fries, the donner and chips more like big, thick, cold and pale rubber!! Disgusting and terrible. Their service oh my, oh my is shocking! They argued with us in regards to the food, they also drove down to investigate to tell us we ate more than half, when more of half of the fish was left!! All of the donner was left. Worst takeaway experience I have ever had in my 26 years of life existance.
