Lyn's Floral Designs 44 Martin Square, Larkfield

My Family were so made up with the excellent flower arrangements provided by Lyn's Floral Designs for my dear mum's funeral (27 July 2012).We also know that many other floral tributes we bought from for the funeral by friends who were assisted to ensure the arrangements complimented those that had already been ordered. Consequently the flowers at the funeral were all individual and a pleasing touch to the family.I'm so pleased to have found this website on the internet i would 100 % recomend ths florist to anyone who has such a one off requirement for a funeral.The Florist did us proud, we are so thankful.

I have used Lyn's Floral Designs a number of times now and can't recommend them highly enough.I have always been very pleased with the service that I have received. I am not great at chosing flowers myself and Lyn herself always gives me the guidance that I need to make the right choice. You can of course choose from the website but Lyn is more than happy to create something 'one-off' for you.The flowers always last for a week or two and I always get comments back from the recipients about how pleased they are!I have been so happy with the service and the quality that I now use Lyn to send flowers to the clients of my company Affinity Wealth Solutions Ltd.Lyn comes highly recommended and now that I have found Lyn I plan to keep using her - a good florist is hard to find these days!

AWFUL!!! Ordered a large bouquet - went into store and the customer service was appalling. No warm friendly welcome. It appeared she was doing me a massive favour! Anyway I could get past that, the really disgusting part is 80% of the Bouqet was dead by the morning!!! I went back to the store with the dead flowers but it was shut even though I visited within opening hours. I emailed the shop the pictures of the flowers and requested a refund. This was not honoured but I was offered a replacement bouquet after being told that flowers will die off, especially if left by a radiator!!! They were not left next to any heat and I certainly wouldn't expect them to die overnight! I collected the replacement, a Bouqet I assumed would be like for like, instead I was given a very small bunch of different flowers. These too died after 2 days. NEVER would I recommend this business.
