Great service, knowledgable staff members, called on numerous occasion via phone for advice and they are more than happy to help.told them i wanted a certain fish and they soon organised it for me through their other branches. Got this Tang couldn't be happier.

Brought 5 fish £22 on Sunday Monday lost one, Wednesday lost another and Friday anothercalled them 48 hour guarantee on fish.No help given.Sure Sunday to Monday is 24 hoursWon't be going back thereUPDATE went in today and had a chat. Out come is got a credit note and the information to get my tank to tip top condition. Cheers

Walked in with 2 members of staff playing on thier phones. When looking at the fish. I counted more than 10 dead. And been dead for some time, the tanks bottoms where covered in fish poo. All tanks massively over stocked and over priced. Fish in tanks with others they they shouldn't be . It was just a massive let down. I thought maidenhead aquatics was ment to be one of the best.. so went to pets at home instead.
