My first vist as I wanted a second opinion on some NHS scans. So glad I did since the scan did show up something that had been missed. Dr was very professional but also friendly and explained in detail what was happening. Will go back for follow up. Definitely recommended.

We recently fell for an internet scam using this same businesses address but with a slightly different name. We had booked an early pregnancy scan for my wife. The staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. Once Dr Pedram understood what had happened he even offered us a free session as we were very stressed and distraught from the whole situation. They saved the day and it all went well, a true gentleman! I couldn't recommend this studio enough, not only are they very professional but they are also lovely people.

I scheduled an ultrasound for my injury and was advised during the initial scan to set up another appointment with a different doctor on Sunday for further guidance on treating my injury. A day before the Sunday appointment, I received a call informing me that it was being rescheduled for Monday. Upon arriving on Monday, I was seen by the same specialist who conducted the ultrasound. Surprisingly, he seemed unaware of why I needed the ultrasound and appeared rather distant. I reiterated my purpose for the ultrasound, and after conducting another examination, he explained the issue and suggested seeing yet another specialist on Sunday.This experience felt futile, almost as if the rescheduling was merely a way to charge additional fees. Despite booking another appointment for Sunday, I was informed two days prior that it was canceled - again. Disappointed by the ongoing disruptions, I requested a refund, which I was assured would be processed by Monday. However, when I called the clinic on Friday to follow up on the refund, I was told that the receptionist had not left a note to initiate the refund. It became evident that there was significant miscommunication within the clinic. I ended up being charged twice to see the same specialist due to the receptionist's oversight, and even after six days, there was no progress on my refund due to the lack of proper documentation. The overall experience was terribly frustrating.

This clinic not only offers poor-quality examinations but also provides abysmal customer service.I attended London Private Ultrasound for a pelvic ultrasound. Subsequently, during a gynaecology appointment, my gynaecologist expressed doubts about the accuracy of the provided measurements and referred me for a second ultrasound at a different clinic. The differences were alarmingly significant, with measurements of certain fibroids being twice as large in the initial report. For instance, a fibroid reported as 39mm in their scan was measured at 18mm at the other clinic.The size of fibroids determines, among other factors, whether surgery is necessary, which in my case would cost thousands of pounds as my insurance does not cover pre-existing conditions. Instead, they offered me another ultrasound. So I was offered a second pointless procedure to make up for the one I've already had. I have been engaged in these negotiations for three months now. During this process, I discovered that several individuals have faced similar issues with the clinic's service. Additionally, the clinic is not affiliated with any medical scheme or alternate dispute resolution, making it difficult to seek a fair evaluation in case of problems.I strongly recommend reading negative reviews before considering this clinic for their services. Do not be swayed by positive reviews, as they may have been commissioned by the company. The company has invested heavily in appearing at the top of search results, and so that positive reviews overshadow the negative ones. However, this is merely a marketing tactic that conceals the unsatisfactory quality of their medical services and their poor customer support.P.S. I anticipate the clinic may respond by mentioning that they offered me a refund. While technically true, this only occurred after three months of discussions and various resources expended on my part. Hence now, I am also requesting compensation for the additional ultrasound. However, every time the company demands more time, effort, and resources from me than they are willing to compensate, making it impossible to reach a resolution.

Really professional and easy service, booked in the day before. Scan was quick and the doctor was informative and thorough and the report was written up and sent to me the same day. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with a breast ultrasound upon my return to the UK after a 15-year hiatus. Having previously undergone such examinations exclusively with female sonographers and doctors in the US, I approached the prospect of a male performing my breast ultrasound with a degree of trepidation. Fortunately, the male sonographer proved to be exceptionally professional and considerate. He meticulously explained each step of the procedure, providing clarity on his findings along the way.Acknowledgment is due to the female chaperone who, in addition to extending a warm welcome, graciously offered tea and biscuits to alleviate a minor delay in our start time. This delay, negligible in comparison to prior waiting experiences with medical professionals, added a nice touch. Throughout the procedure, she exuded warmth and provided comfort and reassurance. Simultaneously, a doctor, stationed in the corner, observed and diligently took notes, enhancing the perception of thoroughness.The collective display of excellent bedside manners by the entire team made the entire process surprisingly pleasant. Moreover, the efficiency of the operation was commendable — I received the comprehensive report and images within just half an hour of leaving the office. My overall impression is highly positive, and I am genuinely impressed. I look forward to returning for my subsequent check-up with confidence.
