From my personal experience - Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!I can only speak of my own experience having placed a first order; it will most definitely be my last. On placing my order I was assured of next working day delivery; however, upon confirmation of order moments later, this was not the case. I contacted the company via telephone and was advised that they have changed couriers and are experiencing difficulties (although this was NOT mentioned in their website) and advised by a customer service representative that she would personally following this up 9am the following morning and telephone me. It didn't happen. Having sent two emails and two messages via their Facebook page but to no avail, I have now telephoned them again as it's approaching 2pm. I've now been told that there is nothing they can do and my item should be with me soon. This is simply not good enough!!! .....and to add insult to injury, I was offered 10% off my next order. If it was 50%, I'd still go elsewhere as dealing with Wearhouse Aquatics again is simply not worth my stress level rising.

Placed order before the 3pm deadline for next day delivery. Waited in all day with no delivery. Sent emails but no response and when finally got through on the phone there excuse was we havent sent it. Wonder at what point would they do anything about this order. This company should not declare next day if there unable to full fill this offer. Last time i use them

I have been ordering from here for at least last five years the only thing I don't buy is frozen food for my Marine Aquarium. Never once had a problem I have even received an order the following day. I always order over £25.00 and get free delivery, I just can't fault them at all.

So far, paid for Saturday delivery. Instead it was delivered on a weekday and left out in the rain, ruining everything inside of the order. I've tried contacting them multiple times over the last few days to no avail to replace or refund the damaged goods and postage. Will never use again. Terrible. Pity I can't rate 0 stars.

Horrific experience of customer service to exchange a quite expensive new item.Postages trouble been reversed to penalty to the customer and they use a private courier!!!Not advisable to buy expensive, bulky and pricey item here, only small and cheapPolite façade to hide a rude and unfair trade towards the customer

Highly recommended. Great range of equipment and accessories with super quick delivery too! Items always arrive promptly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I have used Warehouse Aquatics many times and will continue to do so.

Great company. Excellent customer service.There is a huge range of items to choose from. I found everything I needed within minutes of landing on the site and an extra few items on offer that I couldn't refuse. The items were packaged excellently and with obvious care. The delivery time was great and arrived quicker than I expected. I will definitely be back again for much needed supplies.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERYI paid our around £300 on products to get my new 240 ltr tank set up. was promised next day delivery this was the THURSDAY. told it would be with me the next day delivered by UK Mail. first thing Friday am tel WA and asked if it definitely would be with me. most definitely. afternoon came and went, called again and was told Oh its gone via DPD but today so it will definitely definitely be with you Saturday. after many many calls to dpd they said it hadnt even been put on a weekend delivery so here i sit Monday now four days after the 24 hrs delivery promise, not tank set up and just a load of bare faced lies from customer services. i am disgusted and will not be using this company again. Liars.

Although my item (a large aquarium) arrived broken (I think due to the fault of the delivery people more than Warehouse Aquatics) the service was impeccable. I emailed to complain that the item arrived broken, expecting to have a hassle having to return it. Received a reply very quickly saying that I could just send some photographs of the damage and get a refund straight away. The person I dealt with even suggested I keep the filter, heater, and light that had come with the aquarium as spares. As I had already bought a replacement from a local supplier (with hindsight buying something very large, heavy and fragile online was always going to be risky) I've actually ended up benefiting from the experience and got my money back quickly and easily.
