Very poor quality service and the staff don't seem to understand that customers pay there wages but seem rude think will stick with dunx cycles for a quality and polite service aswell as better prices too

Advised wrongly by mandarin cycle staff that dropper posts could fit our bikes. They've never worked well. Rude customer services. Lying staff. Dropper posts don't work. Company isn't willing to send faulty parts back and refund. Currently £200 out of pocket. Please never use this company! Appalling service!

I called them about a puncture repair and a new front tyre and they were very helpful and understanding and the job was done in a few minutes, I'll be back there next week for a new back tyre.

Purchased my Bergamont Revox 4 at Mandardin cycles in Lowestoft, Ash was so helpful from start to finish. Gave me his honest opinions on what cycles were suitable for what I wanted, and within my price range. The quality of the bike is unreal, It rides perfect. I absolutely love it, it's really well put together and set up. Can't recommend the guys at Mandarin enough. Thank you!

Found me the cycle I wanted in the right size, after other cycle shops were only interested in selling me anything they had in stock. They were very patient and spent time adjusting the cycle to suit me. Although I only spent a few hundred pounds, I felt I was better treated than when I had spent tens of thousands of pounds on a car. Everybody from Ash who located the cycle to the men who set it up and presented it to me were polite and professional. I had the same friendly treatment in the Norwich store I visited prior to going to Lowestoft. It was well worth the 100 mile round trip from Scanning.
