This is an awful workplace. I physically lost hair working here. The most anxiety inducing experience of my life. The Managing directors only know how to operate under a fear inducing model. Workplace politics and gossip is terrible in this office. They are reluctant to allow you to work from home as they don’t “believe in it”, annual leave requires a 2 week notice and you will be shunned for leaving on time (as they prefer you stay late so it looks better to others). Also you don’t get a laptop, you have to use a PC tower as they don’t trust you with one? The highlight of it was the mouldy hob nobs in the biscuit tin.
