A bright welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I found my experience of donating blood very relaxing and enjoyable. I will certainly be going back to this venue again. It is much better than the mobile venues scattered around the region.

I'm a platelet donor, going here every two weeks for about four years now. It has, across that time, been a consistently welcoming, lovely place to go and donate. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, with a good sense of humour. The changes they've made recently allow many more donors at the same time, with appointments running smoothly. Aftercare is also top notch. Always feel in safe hands when I go there, can't recommend enough for people to give it a go if they haven't already.

This is my local donation place and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The donation process is very smooth and you are treated to free drinks and snacks after the process. A big thank you to Iain (apologies if I've spelt that wrong) who always goes above and beyond. A lovely person. Be back in 4 months.

A must for anyone who is able to donate. Comforting atmosphere with quick donation(Completed over a lunch break). Worth a pop in even if its to sign up.

My first time donating so was very nervous (very squeamish). Staff immediately put me at ease, everyone was so lovely. Very efficient, comfortable (as you can be with a needle stuck in your arm!) and before I knew it I was nibbling on biscuits!

A wonderful donating experience - friendly, efficient staff in a light and spacious area. Really convenient location in the centre of town, just a minute's walk from tram and bus stops. I'm looking forward to visiting again (it's already booked). Recommended.
