Had a burst pipe at 7pm, called Jonny and within 5 minutes he was at my home & found the source of the problem on the same night. He then organised to come & fit a new tap & pipe within 48hrs!! Just unbelievable service & great value. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Jon has previously done emergency work for me and has been very responsive and reasonable in terms of call out charges.On this occasion he’s come out to fix a leak at a Clubhouse of a Junior Football Club and didn’t charge us. I’m really grateful for the speed he came out and how quickly he resolved the problem and at no cost to us.

Nice guy, shame about his lack of care - just stomped off our project after I complained about effluent overflowing onto our floor because he had forgotten to cap off a linked waste pipe before leaving site. This was the last straw after so many other leaks caused by poor workmanship. Yes, he apologised every time so we gave him another chance but he kept letting us down.

Great service, clean, reasonably priced and efficient..!!! Highly recommended.Had a shower fitted over the Easter weekend came out and the shower wasn't compatible, so Jonny changed the unit and fitted it the following day :) can't fault him !! Thank you very much xx

We called Jonny of JD Owen plumbers in Chepstow for an emergency burst water main. Amazing! Really excellent level of emergency service and follow up installation of new piping to replace old underground copper piping. He also installed a cast iron radiator. Competitively priced, reliable, responsive and very helpful. If only there were more plumbers like JD Owen! Really very impressed. Will certainly use again for both servicing and repair.

Jonny helped us with three emergency leaks that were damaging our kitchen ceiling right before Christmas as we were about to go on holiday, came over the same evening, found them all no problem and sorted it in about 20 minutes and fitted new taps for us. Fast, reliable, brilliant rates and a lovely guy- highly recommend, worth every penny. Thanks Jonny!
