Great family Run business. Bought my first Van from Tom nearly 3 years ago and I absolutely love it, had no problems and drive it every day! Fantastic service, great price with low mileage. Will definitely be going back to Tom in the future :)

Avoid! Very dodgy, an extremely rude and unhelpful guy. Wouldn't let us look at any vans unless we were going to pay right then and there and refused to answer any questions about them. Clearly didn't want to help at all and seemed annoyed that we'd even turned up. Awful customer service!

Bought a van blind from these guys in 2015 as I'm about 5 hours away. I asked if it was in good condition as was wanting it for camper conversion to sell on, it was low mileage which is why I bought it and the guy said it was good condition and had little bit of paintwork i.e had been touched up here and there but that was it. Turned out it has had full respray from green to white, badly... it'd been damaged, under the rear plastic bumper was metal slam panel was mangled, back doors didn't close properly as had been hit and bodged and painted they were cracked on the hinges and one hinge was broken and therefore they weren't in the right place and didn't close properly. and subsiquently i've not managed to sell it on until now when I've spent a lot of money putting it right. The condition wasn't inkeeping with mileage. If he'd been honest about it it'd be a 5 star review but his description was highly dishonest.

Bought a car 7months ago from Tom through online purchase, there was a hole in the windscreen, door handle came off the driver side and all tyres were bald so they gave me £300 to shut me up but now the engine has completely gone. £15,000 gone down the drain. Hard lesson learned, very sad indeed.

Bought a van off of them, very nice clean van. Had a few problems a couple of weeks later but they put it into the main dealer and got it sorted for me ASAP. Great service.
