I visited Optimal Ear Care Services today, after 3 weeks of an awful ear, feeling full, popping and no hearing. I called on the Tuesday, desperate for an appointment and was seen on the Thursday. Laurie talked me through everything she was professional, reassuring and talked through everything she did. I left feeling very relieved my ear felt normal. I fly recommend.
