Had a bolt stuck in my tyre whilst en route to a Funeral. Called in to see if they could do a quick repair but was offered some air for the tyre instead. Drove off whilst watching the guy stood at the side of the building having a cigarette. Nobel tyres fitted me in no problems and was done in 15 minutes. No compassion from ATS at all.

Booked car in for MOT, didn't hear anything from the garage so went down there only to be told that the car failed as it needed brake pads but the garage was too busy to fit them so we would have to go elsewhere to get the work done. Was handed a piece of paper saying not to drive the car so now our family is left with no car and we are having to ring around garages to see if they can fit the car in to have the brake pads changed. I understand the work couldn't be done on that day but to just tell you you've got to go elsewhere because we're busy is awful customer services!!!

Yesterday the 29th of August we had our son's car booked for a Full service,we spoke to Graham who was courteous and nothing was of an Issue,they were reliable,Honest and customer satisfaction was fantastic,they did the job within the day with a few advisories which they will be put right,customer safety is Important to Graham and his team at ATS in Cwmbach I would recommend you take your car there.
