Hired the hall for a leaving party. Plenty of room, nice outside place to sit in summer. We opted for some snacks, these were all homemade and beautiful to eat. My only issue was that there was only one beer and it was awful

Gorgeous setting. Very contemporary rooms, restaurant and bar... i fell asleep to the sound of the river trickling past my bedroom window. Fabulous food. Exceptional service.

We hired The Bollin Room at The Bridge for our small wedding ceremony at the weekend, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish!- Since we booked back in January, our emails have been responded to promptly and with detail.- The kitchen team accommodated our food requirements, preparing special dishes for our family.- On the day, all of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly- The Bollin room itself is ideal for a small event, with lovely old features and plenty of natural light!- The team made sure that the room was decorated as required, and were always on hand to help out.For sure we will be popping back over the for lunch / drinks soon!

I'm in my late 50s and The Bridge has always been known as a upmarket, well to do, posh place to eat but something to save up for and look forward to.So when it came to my parents meal to celebrate 60 year anniversary it seemed perfect.Staff great, waiter very friendly. Decor = some questionable.Menu presentation not as good as weatherspoons and very very limited. The food itself was OK at best. My mother ordered a fillet steak, I kid you not it couldn't have been more the 5 - 6cm in diameter. If it wasn't a special night for them I would have had to say something. They were kind enough to do a sauce special for her. But sad to say The Bridge is no longer the upmarket classy place it once was.

Booked the dog friendly package for an overnight stay to explore the village and surrounding area.Staff throughout the hotel and pub were friendly and attentive, and everywhere seemed very clean and well kept. Staff were exceptionally dog friendly. There were a couple of bits from the dog package that were not available during our stay, so our dog was presented extra sausages, which he was very happy about. We had dinner in the pub and enjoyed everything ordered. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the breakfast menu had a good variety.Disappointingly, our room did not look like the advertising images, and instead of being modern and fresh, it looked dated and tired.

Price and quality of food are high. Never again for sure at restaurant. Rooms are too old but well cleaned. The windows should be changed before winter arrives!

We booked with them and the first room they gave us, looked like a storage cupboard. It was dirty and did not look ANYTHING like what they marketed. After being moved to a different room it was better. The fire alarm went off twice during the night, which was extremely irritating

We booked a 2 night super dog friendly stay through a third supplier and paid in full. On arrival unfortunately our booking was lost and the staff had to find us an alternative room, the problem was dealt with but the rooms we was offered were not quite as advertised and had paid for. Maybe our mistake but we was expecting a good size room with a 4 poster bed. Both rooms offered were a little tired but as it was only 2 nights we agreed and stayed. The staff were super dog friendly and he went everywhere with us. Food was superb as was the beer. We probably wouldn't stay again but needless to say we enjoyed our stay here.
