Its nice that there is the Works in Bournemouth. Ofcourse my daughter would not miss to look around this store. Just like any other branch, they have lots of good deals especially on set books. Pretty decent shop size.

I like the works product, but I don't think I'll go back this Bournemouth shop again.The shop lady with glasses, I guess she is the manager of this shop, was very mean.She whispered the things about me badly to the next till lady.I was very disappointed as I found this shop is really good to buy something for my grand child.Hopefully, the main office people realise my review and deal with this problem asap.

The Bournemouth branch is bigger than Poole, they have a section on the lower ground floor, more bargains. Bought a belated diary and calendar set only £1.50, I usually buy these as gifts before Christmas.

I think the formula is a bit tired. They seem to be permanently holding an 'everything must go' sale, and yet the stock doesn't seem to vary significantly from one year to the next.Most stuff is pretty cheap, but the quality is basic rather than exceptional

Good for a quick art supplies grab if I'm low on paint, but there's seemingly always stocking issues on the paints. Also don't bother going just because there's a sale" on

Had a click and collect order, the shop assistant he was very helpful and informed me of special offers. It is however very cramped in the store, and in busy periods you will struggle to move around.

Staff are very meh, (Boscombe branch are much more on point), layout is terrible and very confusing and there's just a very un- welcoming vibe,on the plus side convenient location if you just needto do click and collects.

it’s a pleasure to go in this shop, the manager is lovely, i can always find things i need for around the house as well as, lovely discounted books, i love the downstairs area, lovely and quiet. Also great for arts and crafts. propably the best shop left in a tired looking Bournemouth high street
