I was very pleased with the service I received at Kwik Fit. After being let down several times by VW, who apparently couldn't figure out why my tyre was loosing pressure, the centre manager at Kwik Fit, Mr Irfan Khan, spotted a nail in the tyre after checking the tyre once and proceeded to repair the tyre immediately.His customer service skills and attention to detail were exceptional, I would definitely recommend Kwik Fit and will be sure to visit again.

I arrived before the centre opened with a flat tyre and no appointment. Staff were friendly, polite, knowledgeable. They looked at the tyre, we discussed my options, they then ordered in a matching tyre and told me when the job would be done and even ordered a taxi for me to get to work.After work I made my way back to the centre. The tyre was fitted as promised. Once again staff were friendly and polite and helpful.Please pass on my thanks for their most excellent service.

My car was scheduled in for a service on the 9th Dec. I got a call half way through the day where i was explained that there would be around £900 worth of repairs to be made. They were explained to me but as my MOT was passed with no observations a month or 2 ago i was very surprised. I approved the changes and then recieved for my battery to be replaced which bought the total up to £1000. Again i was shocked. I was then contacted later in the day to let me know that my car would not be ready as parts needed to be ordered so i had to pick my car up on Sunday. When i arrived on Sunday to pick up my car. When I arrived they sti had to finish the alignment eventhough you had my car for 2 whole days so I waited around an extra half an hour. No one explained what was done to my car and I was quickly given the bill. After a brief look I saw I was charged more than what was discussed with me. I double checked this with your staff and they took the extra charge off. Had I not noticed, I would be paying £88 for nothing. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was then quickly rushed out. When I started my car I noticed my petrol miles reduced from 331 miles to 231 miles left in my tank. While I understand tests are done on a running car, it should not cost me 100 miles of fuel. This has never happened before in my years of getting my car serviced. At most a litre should be burnt but this is unacceptable. As a customer I feel like I was taken advantage of and am appalled at the service I recieved. I will be filing an official complaint and hope this never happens to another customer again.

Had an excellent experience at Kwik Fit, Drew was extremely helpful, came in on short notice with a burst tyre, didn’t have my specific tyre in stock but they ordered in and had it ready for me by the next morning. Would recommend to everyone.

I needed assistance last minute and got fitted in considering the work needed to about 45 mins and they were fully booked they still managed to fit me in. Very friendly approachable staff. First time I used kwik fit. Didn't expect to pay what I did but saved me a lot more thanks to supervisor who helped get the job done!! Great team

Will def'n use again, Many tks to Irfan who patiently helped me with my engine management light and helped diagnose the fault on my Honda stepwagon import car. Professional and friendly. Tks again.

I went in to get a new battery and the 2 lads were very friendly and helpful. my left wiper was missing as I had tried to change it before I visited and they fitted that for me and also fixed my aerial. very happy with the service provided.
