GoMushroom

We booked a camper van through GoMushroom back in October 2022 to go touring round Wales in August 2023. We then booked all our campsites and activities for our trip,. To our disappointment we then received a phone call in May 2023 telling us that due to an error the van was no longer available and that they couldn't honour the booking. We ended up having to book through a different company and paying almost £200 more, which is obviously a big increase on what we had budgeted for. I asked GoMushroom if they would be willing to contribute towards the price difference but this was refused. For obvious reasons I would not recommend this company or book through them again. They have one van, and don't seem to able to organise their diary for it so it's available when people have booked it.
