Davies Chemists

(Brunel way chemist) is disgusting. I have been lied to 3 times now regarding my repeat prescription and I'm still waiting for it. Thurs 6th Aug 2020 17.22pm and I have just been lied to for the last time. You don't even deserve 1 star.

What a fabulous service Davies Chemist Brunel Way provides. I have been using this Pharmacy for many years ( even in the Mr Jones's day!) & the staff are so helpful & friendly. My family & I really cannot fault them. I find their ordering service for prescriptions so helpful & efficient & they deliver on a day that is convenient to you. It really is a first class service. The Pharmacists are so helpful also, they have helped me on so many occasions when I am unable to see a Doctor. Thank you so much to all the staff , you are all do a brilliant job. Thank you also for being there for us all during the start of Covid, when you provided such a good service under such tough, damanding times. You are all amazing. 5 stars to you all

Rude rude rude rude!!!! The most unhelpful rude pharmacy I have ever been to. Being a pharmacy dispenser myself I completely understand the workload & stress involved but not in any pharmacy I have worked for have the staff been allowed to speak to patients in such a Rude , unhelpful, disrespectful manner. Absolutely disgusting !!!

Promised collection and delivery service didn't happen. Prescription was failed to be collected by the pharmacy from my surgery. I want be using their services again.

Always visit Davies Chemist. The staff have always been so helpful & friendly. They really go above & beyond to help. Their repeat prescription ordering service is so convenient to use, i phone them up & they sort it all for me. They also deliver my medicines to my home address, which has been a great help during this covid situation. Thank you so much for helping us all during this pandemic. You are doing such a great job under such tough times, stay safe all.
