The service that Haybrook gave me from beginning to end was first class. I can't fault them and they succeeded in selling my property with fantastic marketing and people skills. I especially want to thank Lola Marsden who was my point of contact throughout and was such an amazing support and genuinely lovely person to communicate with. I would highly recommend Haybrook and would use them again if needed in the future.

We’re selling as we want to downsize after having our first baby; we loved our family home but felt it was too big for what we needed. We’d also done a lot of work to our house in recent months.Christina came to value our house recently and completely bowled us over with her professionalism, charisma and knowledge of her field.We had a few conditions that an estate agent would have to understand, for example that we’d need to find a buyer who could wait until we found our next home (as renting short term with a baby is just not something we wanted to do), and that we’d want an agent who’d really communicate how much had been done to the house to show it was perfect for a family, not one that had been flipped on the cheap.When Christina walked in she took the words right out our mouths; she knew that we wouldn’t be able to rush out of our home as soon as a buyer demanded, she understood the market in the area we’re selling and she made us feel that she understood how much love and care had gone into renovating our home. She also mentioned that she does individual viewings so that she can go round and really sell the house, not booking in lots of people at the same time and letting them show themselves around. Haybrook also still do glossy brochures! This is the kind of service and care that’s hard to find at the moment.We had a few valuations after meeting Christina and we never got that same feeling off anyone else- she’s a tough act to follow! She communicates in a way that’s straightforward, warm and inspires trust. Christina is an exceptional estate agent and an asset to Haybrook, we couldn’t recommend her enough.

From start to finish an impeccable service. I started out as a buyer through Christina and ended up coming back a year later to sell a family property! The professionalism, warmth and genuine care Christina showed me and my family I will be forever grateful for. We have an estate agent in our family who is ruthless and even commented what a wonderful team they are! I would give more stars if I were able. Thanks again Christina and her team!!!!!!

Adding 1 star due to the inability to post my feedback without a star.Enroute to the house viewing appointment, strangely Christina called 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to see whether we would attend or she 'would leave', was quite an abrupt reaction for being a little late due to traffic.An offer for the asking price had been made and I felt that this had been secured without giving me an equal opportunity. Unfortunately the poor communication or lack of, when Christina was meant to feedback after my offer, did not follow up with me and left me out of the loop as though she was not interested in my business, she did not forward my offer to the vendors in a timely manner and admitted this during a phone conversation until a few days later or if it was ever submitted.As a serious buyer for a property I was greatly interested in, felt that I did not have a fair fighting chance as Christina appeared largely unresponsive.I am greatly disappointed with the service I recieved, which is alarming when reading other reviews.

I recently (march 23) had my property valued by Lynsey Pryor on behalf of Haybrook Estate Agents.It is evident that there is no substitute for experience and Lynsey is a great example of this.Her understanding of the current state of the local housing market was impressive.She was also able to explain in a clear manner the benefits of the technology used by Heybrook in relation to the marketing of the house.She is a great asset to the companyPaul C

Haybrook was the agent acting for our onwards purchase and were great throughout. Our account changed hands a couple of times, but each time, everyone knew what was going on and it eventually fell to Lola to drive everything forward. She was fantastic, really proactive in chasing the chain and kept us in the loop. It really felt as though she was in control and knew what she was doing. Very happy with the service and a big thanks to our vendor for choosing such a good estate agent! Thanks again to Lola and all your hard work.

Lola the estate agent was so good. Really personable and easy to speak to. We were buying in a bit of a hurry with a baby on the way and Lola was amazing. Communication was seamless between estate agents, solicitors and vendors and I really couldn't be happier with the service. Phenomenal. From offer to keys was around 10 weeks so pretty amazing really! Thanks so much.

I recently sold my house through Haybrook, the whole experience from start to finish was excellent!Christina and Joanne were a pleasure to deal with. Christina was on the ball from the very get go, from pulling everything together very quickly ( as I needed to get on the market asap ) the communication, viewings, support and honest opinions as well as getting me more than the asking price.Haybrook are the sort of estate agents who really care about their customers and really go that extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else in the future!The easiest 5* rating to give, I have and will continue to recommend Haybrook to anyone going on the market.:)
