Very helpful staff who sorted out the right shoes to match my suit.

Staff are useless and don’t care at all, the first time there was some small celeb who was in there and the staff ignored me to talk to this guy. I was so fed up I just walked out.The second time I went in, the staff were more interested in chatting to their friends about where they’re going out that night rather than me who was waiting there like a lemon trying to buy a pair of shoes.Needless to say I didn’t bother buying anything.

Was served by a guy called Harry who was brilliant! Super helpful and offered his opinion on a pair of shoes I could decided between.

Very clever staff.I'm Asking for an item,Doesn't exist at her shop.The man make a call for other Clarks shop and he give me the direction for the other and I have what I want.

The worst customer service you can imagine. Shop assistant sits on her phone with her feet almost on the counter. Make no attempt to help or get up. Truly bad!

Younger guy in there very chilled and good sense of humour. Got a great range of Clark’s Originals as expected from the name. No fuss.

Traditional customer service but always a long process to ask for size, trying on etcI have found most times I have asked for a certain shoe, the assistant comes out with something totally different due to low stock

I have never given a feedback before but I thought I must do it this time. I was looking for a water proof shoes so I found this pair of shoes and tried it in store and it was very comfortable I asked the store manager if this shoes is waterproof and she confirmed that it is waterproof and looked on Clarks' website for product details it says there waterproof construction impermeable. I wore it couple of days and I have to be honest it is really comfy. But the real test was on a rainy day I was wearing it and it is NOT waterproof my sockses were almost completely wet. I called on the Clarks shops and they said this particular pair is faulty so they offered refund or exchange. I told of this one is faulty I want to get the same one but waterproof they ordered the same one and I went to collect it another day. Another raining day and the same problem occurred. So it is never a waterproof and a false advertising.I am very disappointed and wasn't happy at all even with Clarks customer service team.
