I would have to say that it’s been worst experience ever. Rude receptionist Jeanette you could ever imagine. If you understand anything in hospitality you would never stay or pass there. I have made my booking way in advance for our wedding anniversary and just a couple of day before our stay I give a call to the hotel with some enquiry and been shouted on. My husband called, exactly the same.Hotel Manager Melanie seems having no clue about what’s going on at the hotel. I work at hospitality for past 20 years being shocked after all what I have to go through. We didn’t bother to stay there. Obviously for this horrible attitude they charge me for a night. Good luck to you!Stress and ruined wedding anniversary can’t be replaced. Even we booked last minute available hotel, left a dirty mark in my experience and Cotswold in general. Very unfortunate my 1st wedding anniversary would remind me this forever.

From the moment you arrive you see how beautifully smart the hotel is. You are greeted by the most down to earth, kind and genuinely happy staff. The walk way/ grounds are beautiful. It is genuinely one of the most dog friendly places I have ever stayed. The room is beautiful and clean and spacious. The food was outstanding. Me and my partner said multiple times you can tell the staff are happy working here. There is a really pretty walk around the golf course for your dog. The check in and out process was very easy. I would stay here over and over again

Such a fabulous stay for the weekend. The rooms were perfect & very clean. The staff went out of their way to ensure you were happy and satisfied.Any profits that the hotel makes, are all donated to local charities.Breakfast had such a selection, including vegetarian & vegan options.Would highly recommend visiting here for a stay!

Just got back from a week at Feldon Valley with our dog and we had the most amazing stay. So dog friendly, in such a great location and the staff are SO helpful in letting you know great places nearby to visit - especially Ranj who wrote us an entire list. The food at Feldon Valley is also amazing, we will definitely be returning!

The hotel is situated in a lovely area, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, offering a large variety of food, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The only issue I encountered was the room temperature, which was considerably hotter than the normal temperature.

Fantastic little place nestled in the middle of nowhere. Service was amazing and we were looked after very well and they are super dog friendly! The staff and Lilly the dog on reception were great. And the restaurant staff at breakfast were also super helpful and the included breakfast was so good! Possibly the best veggie sausage I've ever had along with all the cold buffet selections I'd actually book again just for the breakfast. We booked a woodland lodge and was very spacious with a huge king bed. The bed is very firm though which was perfect for us. They provided two bowls and a bed for our pooch as well. Bathroom had loads of room and a great shower. No TV and it's so peaceful and nice to just switch off. I don't play golf but it looked like a good place to stay and play! Could also suggest this is a good location for cyclists as the lanes and climbs in the area are excellent. My only gripe was some switches and lighting in the room didn't work and the floor was a little dirty but can imagine it's hard to keep completely clean when based in a woodland.Wish we could have stayed longer and sampled the evening menu in the restaurant.

One night stay for our anniversary! Staff in the hotel couldn't do enough for us even placing a card in our room and giving us a complimentary prosecco, the lodge is very sweet and the grounds are very peaceful. The lady on reception, i believe possibly from south africa is an amazing asset to your team!We had dinner on site at the Kitchen and it was really nice, packed full of flavour and cooked to perfection! Breakfast was to match, the views from our seat were also beautiful, definitely will be recommending and also returning.*The only thing id change is the view from the lodge, i would have preferred to face the golf course and enjoyed the sun instead of shade.Thank you again!

Our breakfast was sensational. The gluten free bread is homemade and is THE best I've ever tasted. Decaf coffee and hot milk perfect. The size and freshness of the raspberries! The little pats of local butter, I could go on and on! The ambiance is and the staff are brilliant

The course is in excellent condition and the facilities are second to none.Only disappointment with the hotel room is that there is no air conditioning so room was very hot.Restaurant service was brilliant, except they were out of peas to have with the fish and chips, and out of smoked salmon to have with the scrambled eggs at breakfast. Very surprising.Nevertheless we shall certainly visit Feldon Valley again

The rooms are a little basic when it comes to facilities but the view is beautiful. The shower has very low pressure. the lobby with the fireplace was really cosy. The food absolutely exceptional.Overall the location is really lovely. The rooms need a little bit of work
