report this company! They sent me a fine stating i need to pay £100 that i left the premises and i actually was at Mconalds. If youre begging for money just say that instead of rubbing people who actually pay road tax and work hard lol... seems like yall are poor and looking for something to eat and need to steal from people. Such a useless and stupid company.. i mean the review says it all... i wish i could give it 0 starts!!! sort your life out, silly!

Parked in Starbucks stansted , brought toastie retuned to car , ate it , then walked to Mc D for their tea ( which I prefer ) received p.c .n .So firstly they film people without their knowledge, then penalise them for spending money in their valued customers place . Go and do one Met parking , I have Starbucks receipt .About time government clamped down on these cheating scumbags

It’s a proper scam, authorities should do something about them asap. They sending nonsense tickets and appeal system is disgusting. Absolutely rubbish and greedy people behind it who stealing people’s money

Scam company! We went to macdonalds twice in the same day, we didnt park! They fined us 100£ for parking" for 6h which we didnt do. DO NOT PAY! Its not a fine

Should be No Star Rating - This company is just a massive scam, how they are allowed to operate still is shocking!!!I parked at South Ruislip, by Aldi back in October 2021 apparently. I know I was definitely there for less than 2 hrs because I can’t walk around for that long, but understand they are able to fake photos/times etc in their so called “evidence”. When I returned to my car (genuinely parked in a disabled bay) I found a ticket on it saying I’d over stayed - I strongly feel I was victimised as a disabled customer as they would see me as an easy victim to intimidate). I looked for any signs but they were unreadable at the time & anything I could see was completely unclear! I tried to appeal (Popla) and of course it was rejected, I’ve repeatedly tried to contact the company, asked for further evidence along with supposed sent letters but it was ignored & since I haven’t been able to speak to anyone as no one answers the phone! After the appeal I heard nothing apart from the fine had been increased from £50 to £170 - why because I appealed it!Haven’t heard anything from them until today when got a letter telling me they are taking me to court & the fine is now over £283…….I can’t afford to pay the heating bill, never mind this ‘fake’ ticket conjured up by a bunch of thieves! I’ll contest it if it goes further.

Appeals process is nonsense and the excuse that the park restrictions are clearly sign posted is utter rubbish. This is close to stealing money as daylight robbery goes ... happy to pay a fine if I have made a mistake but in this case it wasn't. The government and law enforcement should investigate this company. Now as a result the retailers will suffer as I will never go shopping there again and encourage people to do the same as they may get caught out!!! Old Dairy, Ruislip

This company's appeal process is atrocious! They come up with complete nonsense comments as to why the PCN was issued. They totally rely on people not having the time or energy to take the case further. Basically it's theft. All part of 'Broken Britain'

I visited the Mcdonald’s car park at Gatwick South Terminal back in June 2018 and was not aware of the need to validate stay when using the restaurant. I purchased a coffee with cash so no proof of bank statement and inadvertently used the intercom to exit the barrier. I soon received the letter that I had breached the terms and conditions and breaching the ‘contract’ that I never signed and they aggressively started pursuing me for the £100 fine. I refused to pay out of principal and I lost the appeal and popla appeal which was expected. Dept Recovery Plus letters soon arrived and it went up to £160 and threatening me with court action. CST law the legal department have now taken me to small claims court which I am now defending. They have added £70 interest and £80 worth of court and legal fees so now demanding £319. I have now paid credit style limited £160 but now going through the mediation process which has left me feeling angry, frustrated, stressed and dam right disgusted at how unfair our legal justice system in this country really is and how these scum bags can get away with day light robbery.This company and everyone that associated with them are low life, bottom feeding scum bags! I hope they rot in hell!!Angry motorist!!!!!

Shocking!!I parked at stansted as I'm a taxi driver I often use car parks close to the terminal..I've received a fine from these scumbags for the Southgate park site. Look at the photo evidence...Just to confirm to everybody... I never left my car to visit MCDONALDS as in the signage small print I AM AWARE that you cannot leave the car park to go to Any other shop other than Starbucks hence why they have a million cameras in this car park!So I am aware and I never left the site but still get a fine of £60 for being in a 1 hour free" car park for.... 45 mins????!!!!!!What the hell is this??"
