Hy Hotel

Lovely location across from a park and near to all amenities and beach, pier etc.Staff gave us a lovely welcome and were attentive and friendly throughout.Pool and spa were gorgeous and apartment was spacious modern and well equipped.Breakfast was just right with Starbucks coffee machine and fresh croissants.

We stopped for two nights with our two children . What can I say it was gorgeous , really clean , really modern . Grab and go breakfast was fab , kids loved the bottomless Starbucks hot chocolates especially after a ride to lights in Blackpool.pool is fab and booking the slots means it’s never really busy. Really near the prom for a walk on St Anne’s beach . We will definitely visit again !

We had a great stay in a beautiful apartment, perfect for our family get together. The decor was lovely, all amenities provide and the rooms were comfortable. All staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty too! Unfortunately we didn't manage to get to the pool but will definitely return so, next time!

The apartment was very spacious, & clean, with very comfortable beds. It was also well equipped with everything provided for self catering. The pool & spa is excellent for a relaxing dip after walking on the beach.Ideal location, close to town & beach. Friendly & helpful staff.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and catered perfectly for myself, partner and 2 grandchildren. We booked the swimming pool and had the pool to ourselves which included jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The staff were wonderful and Helen at reception spent a lot of time talking with the children. Free Starbucks the whole time and unlimited pastries in the morning. Overall 10 out of 10. Definitely go back. Thank you Hy hotel.

First time here . Great check in . Great location .Loved the Starbucks touch ! Rooms and apartment in general were clean well equipped and dog friendly . Car parking was great and the Main Street was always free is car park was full .Easy access to the trams for Blackpool and the beach for our dog walks .Only one thing and a small detail, we are a family of three ( 2 adults and a teenager ) and a dog . The couch / sofa bed wasn’t enough for us all to relax .Had to pull it out and form the bed .But we will be back for sure .

We stayed at the hotel last Monday night. The receptionists Charlotte and Helen were fantastic, their individual customer service was exemplary. The hotel was beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. Dog friendly-nothing was a problem will be staying there again and am sending the family.

Superb stay at Hy hotel. From start to finish we were well looked after. The team were superb. They kindly left chocolate, balloons and banners in the room to help celebrate a birthday. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The whole apartment was well layed out, great facilities, and good value for money.The leisure facilities are great. Clean and everything worked as it should.The free coffee machine (Starbucks) is a great addition. Think I drank my weight in coffee hahaThe breakfast grab and go option was really good.This is the third time I’ve made a booking with Hy. Never been disappointed.The gentleman on duty on 20/21 Oct was really friendly and attentive. Thank you.

Beautifully decorated interior, stylish and cosey. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful.Starbucks machine drinks on tap and the pool and spa facilities are first class. Highly recommend, our family loved our stay. Planning our next visit already.
