Service and care they provide is exceptional, home support for mum, help with meds, home general upkeep,even meals, my huband has also extended the service to his dad who lives in perth alone.Such peace of mind and we feel they are safer in their home with their comforts too

I have worked with home instead since January and I love it,I’ve never done carer before and working with home instead makes me love what I do all the staff are so understanding and help you whenever you are in need for help and there is always someone you can get on the phone aswell

The initial induction was both thorough and excellent. The office staff are exceptionally friendly, approachable and supportive. And the care staff are equally kind, considerate and professional.Overall, I really enjoy working within Home Instead South Ayrshire. Everyone has made me feel so welcome within their 'family' since I relocated from the North of England.First class employer, highly recommended.

I have been working with Home Instead for just over 1 year, and I can honestly say it has to be the best care company I have ever worked with. We have amazing support for the Care pro's and the office team. The managers are always there for support whether it be work of personal reasons. the care for the clients is the best, everyone genuinely cares for the clients best interests and wellbeing and with the minimum 1 hour visits we really get a chance to get a good relationship with our clients and their families. I wouldn't be anywhere else.

After trying several care companies and feeling like giving up care because we get no respect, and worked to the core beyond our control, I applied for home instead. Since I hit that apply button I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart Home Instead is the BEST care company possible, a care company that actually cares about their service users and staff (unheard of in Care sector right? I thought the same). Since joining last month I have been treated with so much respect, looked after in my joining journey, and even when our in the field they check in on you to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your daily tasks, if there any concerns they are more than happy to help. You can go into the office anytime even just a random chat or a cuppa. By far the best team and company. Thank you for everything.
