We have been coming to Gong cha for the last few months, each time our drinks have had the most amazing taste and the staff are incredibly professional and knowledgable about the drinks. Get yourselves down there! The mango green tea is my fav and today I’ll be trying the strawberry passion fruit Green tea and the taro.

I can't believe the horrendous experience I had at Gongsha Shop! I ordered two pearl milk teas and it was like they were trying to torture my taste buds. Both drinks tasted like they were concocted in a chemistry lab gone wrong. Not only were they different from each other, but they were also both equally repugnant. And let's talk about the service – or rather, the lack thereof. The staff was so rude, it's like they were trained in the art of customer disdain. When I politely asked them to stamp the sticker for a purchase I made last week, they responded with an avalanche of abusive words that left me flabbergasted. I mean, really? I've been a loyal customer for over a year, and this is how they treat me? It's as if they take pleasure in driving away their once-dedicated patrons. It's safe to say that Gongsha Shop's downward spiral in service quality is as impressive as their ability to ruin a simple cup of milk tea. A year of loyalty down the drain – never again!

I ordered a pearl milk tea from Gongsha Shop and it was absolutely terrible! The taste was unrecognizable and the service was beyond rude. To make matters worse, they seem to flood their reviews with fake positive ones right after a genuine negative review is posted. It's as if they've been serving swamp water instead of drinks. Their service has become worstand their tea has taken a nosedive into the abyss of awfulness. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered twice on just eat and once in the shop. All three times there was something wrong with my order. The first time they didn’t give straws in the take away, after calling and complaining they said they can’t do anything the second time the order was not nice and two drinks that are the same tasted different and now for the third time the order was given wrong, we ordered Taro Milk Tea and a pearl milk tea was given. Honestly it’s just upsetting driving all the way home to realise that the order had been given wrong even after driving there and not ordering in just eat. I’m shocked at the amount of times they can get orders wrong. Never again am I ordering from here.
