Today i pay 20£ transport to come and make my treatment and it was closed after i checked 10 times last couple of days your working hours. Otherwise the sunbed and the staff are amazing. This 1 star is only because you are not responsible

Poor shop staff had a nightmare with their phone and Internet going Down but they still managed to work around it and get more sorted. Really professional staff anad lovely products with extremely comfortable high end products and beds.

l have been last year manager very rude old machine first time I paied for 8 minutes and I got 6 suddenly machine switched off.second time I spoke to the manager about that and she didn't even apologize l paied for 10 minutes and I got 8 ..same problem.she was very rude .bad experience

I signed for the course of in June 2018, was told that lamps are due to be changed soon for stan ups. It's September and lamps are not replaced. Waste of time and monies - worst experience in London tanning shops I have ever had. Facilities are small, no aircon and lamps are making skin red not tanned. It looks that they have big premises but sending always to same room no4. When suggested that lamps are poor quality I was advised to add more minutes to the session - I did couple of minutes more - no difference.
