From the minute you walk in the door, till you leave, the service is wonderful. Lovely, helpful reception, staff, dental nurses and Dr Dix is a treasure. He always does the right thing and is very helpful. My teeth feel and look better, all thanks to this practice. Thank you!

Excellent treatment as always.If I can ask though. My partner is desperate to register with a dentist so why if you are looking for new patients does he have to join a long waiting list?Still very grateful that I am registered with you.

Dr. Jothi and her assistant, Emily, were amazing. The receptionists promptly assisted me with a pram as I entered and provided my little girl with a book to keep her entertained while I was being seen. Dr. Jothi went above and beyond to ensure the highest standards of treatment. I greatly appreciate their help. I highly recommend them

I have been going to Lovesmile for a long time, never had a bad experience. Dr Dix is very professional and makes me feel at ease every time I go, from getting a tooth out to getting a filling I am made to feel safe.The staff on reception are friendly and helpful if you need to change your Appiontment, Lauren always goes above and beyond to help fitting you in.

The surgery is great, I am very satisfied. The doctor's approach is very humane. I'm afraid of dentists, but I'm not afraid here. They will explain and show everything. It is also clean there. Perfect

It's a good surgery overall but I took my little girl for a routine check up and the Indian receptionist was asking me what kind of benefit my daughter was claiming is she on universal credit or something to put on exemption form she asked me twice and I had to explain to her in detail that she's a child and children in this country receive free dental treatment. And then the other girl on reception who was on the phone told her that she is just a child and children are exempt, please educate the staff properly before they start working for your surgery.

Lovesmile Dentists on Smithdown road in Liverpool have been caring for my teeth for many years now for which I am very grateful.I have been asked to provide a review for my recent visit so here goes;It must be hard to manage all the booking and maximise the time of the dentists but I find I always have to wait at least 20mins even when I arrive on time. So it is always good to leave plenty of time for the appointment.I normally get a check up every 6 months and this check up usually includes a de-scaling. This time I was offered the opportunity to book an appointment with a hygienist for a further £75, who would give me more advice about removing the build up of plaque.I decided to skip this as my pension won’t stretch to the extra expense and shall just invest in dental brushes ( for the gaps)instead, and more rigorous cleaning , and the very rapid de-scaling by the dentist did the job.Thanks again to Lovesmile

Great bunch of staff, from the receptionist to the dentist. All easy going and relaxed. No fear attending the dentist at all.
