Went to see Stuart after a shoulder injury, after a very thorough assessment he worked a miracle and sorted me out, no problem, also mentioned a couple of other niggles after three sessions all my problems have gone, will definitely be back in touch should I have any more problems, worth his weight in gold, highly recommend.

Went to stu with really sore back postnatal and not able to lift little one. Unable to exercise feeling really sad. Stuart gave me some really helpful advice on how to help and mostly the courage to exercise appropriately to help recover. Now fully recovered back to running and weight lifting.
