The venue has been refurbished recently and now resembles a much more premium feel to it. There are friendly on hand to assist and drinks/snacks are available for free. It is sleek and modern inside. Conveniently located inside Intu Merry Hill, there is free parking and also opposite the bus station with easy transport links from around the area.

I only entered the premise to use the change machine for the bus. It's full of hostile ne'er do wells, aggressive beggars, gambling addicts and low life. Avoid at all costs.
