I went to Screwfix today and left without buying what I wanted. No instructions where to queue for what . Only two man working on reception as far as I could see. After half an hour waiting I gave up and have decided to order from Amazon. This outlet needs to get its act together if it wants to attract and retain customers. I won't be going back there, and I see a previous customer complained about how slow it was as well.

Went to Gladstone road today to pick up 2 items waited approximately 15 min people walked in behind me and got there parts straight away.staf walked pasted me to give them there parts i must be invisible left with out my 2 items terrible service won’t be going there again

Excellent service, slightly different choosing items from a tablet instead of the good old fashioned catalogue but it was still a decent shopping experience. Certainly no nonsense service. Really appreciated.

Quick search facilities on their online search. Ordering was pretty easy once you have registered.The store has a large parking area, and well designed Covid conscious pickup facilities. The pickup itself was quick and faultless. A quick price comparison with Amazon is necessary as sometimes item is cheaper in one or the other.Well done for a good overall experience.

A rare visit to a Screwfix store for me. Plenty of parking outside together with a burger van if you fancy some hot food.The store is covid compliant with plenty of floor markings and screens to keep everyone safe. Service was very quick for an order I was picking up. I was in and out in no time. Been pretty faultless from start to finish.
