Brucies bikes

We've been using Chris to repair and service our bikes since he first started up last year. He's been out many times, often at short notice. Very efficient, very reasonable prices, and does a great job. Highly recommend

So convenient having somebody come to the house, price up the work on the spot, and crack on with it there and then. He serviced and fixed three of our bikes. Everything was perfect. Chris explained everything that needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done!). He even did a couple of extra bits at no extra charge. Will definitely keep using him and recommending him to others

Can't go wrong. I was told about Chris from a friend who said he'd done a good job, she wasn't wrong. Not only did Chris sort out my two road bikes quickly, he also offered to re adjust the gear indexing when it drifts due to new cables.. this is a real mark of someone doing a good job. Ok so Chris (the owner) is a great mechanic and about the only guy I trust to work on my bikes (two triathlon, two race specific road bikes and one for training).Context on that is that the training bike is the cheapest of them all, and has had thousands spent on upgrades.In terms of service and customer care, he collects from the door and if he can’t do the work on the spot (rate), he will take the bike, repair it and have it back in a very short time frame, a full custom build from a bare frame (so new brake system, bottom bracket, crank, derailleurs, wheels, stem, bars, etc), was back within a couple of days ready to race.He has even come to my place of work at 8pm when I’ve been on nights, to carry out a repair to enable me to get home the following day.Awesome customer service, great knowledge, competitive pricing.What more do you need?

Brucie was brilliant. I use my bike for work so it gets plenty of use. I had been ignoring a few minor problems that had gotten worse so i contacted Brucie. Thenservice was incredibly easy as he came to me. Brucie made my bike look and feel like a completely new ride with his silver service. 100 percent recommend.

My new Specialized MTB bike arrived today, i didn't really know what to do as i haven't built a bike before and i am autistic, so i gave Brucies bikes a call, he was very happy and quick to come out to help build and adjust everything on my new bike, straightened my wheel and disk brake with a slight buckle as well, very quick and fast and very decent prices, very friendly guy.I 100% recommend him and will be using him again

Absolutely fantastic Service. Booked to service my sons bike and ended up fixing 3 others. Fixed my bike which ive had others do and not succeded as still had the same problem. This time problem solved. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.

Had the silver service, new chain and new rear cluster, my other half had a 5 gear rear cluster replaced with a 7, new chain, both bikes run smoothly now. Then my ebike died after I had a fall on black ice, I was so sure it was fatal, but Brucie fixed it in minutes. Was so relieved. Thanks again Brucie!
