I called this morning about an apartment for rent. I was one of the first to call, the apartment was added to the website yesterday. I called and a lady told me to send an e-mail and I wanted to see it. I did it and after some time I called again to confirm it, someone picked up and hung up. So I wrote another e-mail that I wanted to see the apartment and no one answered. so I wrote to you in the chat and after a while someone called back and asked what they could help with so I said that I wanted to see the newly added apartment, the lady said that someone would reply to the e-mail today. No one has spoken and now I have entered and the apartment is fully booked for viewing. This is the second time this has happened. Why do you treat some people badly? even if you didn't want me to see the apartment (although I don't know why, because according to the advertisement, I met all the conditions and called as one of the first), you should have replied to the message and explained.

Karen and Sarah helped out immensely throughout the sale and I would thoroughly recommend Goundry’s. Sales are always stressful so advice and knowledge to guide through the process makes a real difference.

We offered on a rental and were told that we would receive an answer, but despite following up many times..., we did not receive any response from Goundrys. This lack of communication is very poor and held us off offering on other properties. Good luck using this estate agent.

I know everything must move on and improve but I feel as if this company should have a good look at the way they are doing things in my opinion that have sacrificed their personal touch just for modernizationA old saying throwing the baby out with the bath water.Many people like the personal touch and to speak to someone who knows a thing or two about the business thay are interested in.

Recently purchased a house through Goundry’s and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had contact with many people there but my main contact was Karen Hall who I can only describe as excellent. Every email and call was responded to promptly and she was very easily able to ease any worries and get responses to any questions.If I was planning to buy or sell again I would 100% recommend Goundry’s.

We purchased a property through Goundrys after a very long and painful search. The service was exceptional and we would thoroughly recommend Goundrys and have no hesitation using them again.

Just sold our property in Threemilestone through Goundrys and it was a joy to use them and we had a quick smooth transaction would definitely recommend their services.

I offered 6 months upfront on a rental property and was told that i would receive an answer, but after contacting them back and waiting over a week I’ve had nothing back.Would not recommend unprofessional and non responsive.

Communication very poor. I applied to view a property to rent and was told to fill in a form and if we are suitable they would call and arrange a date. I chased this up after 4 days and was told the property was already taken. I applied to a further 2 properties, and to avoid any confusion I called to confirm they had received my forms. My husband called a few days later and was told they were contacting applicants and we should hear from them by the end of the day. We called the following day and were told they were taken off the website due to over popularity but we they had our application in hand and would be in touch soon. I emailed to ask for feedback on the application and to clear up any miscommunication on their end and never got a reply.If I were a letting agent, I would like to be seen as efficient, organised and trustworthy. Goundrys gave me the impression they were anything but this. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I hate to think what it would be like to rent through them.

Not the best at getting maintenance issues rectified. Left with no boiler for over a week and a half. Agent has audacity to talk over me ... in the end told them where to go. Best avoid this useless god forsaken Letting Agency
