Said yes to the dress at J C brides! Katie, in the shop was THE loveliest lady and so patient with me. She threw in a wild card and it paid off! Complete with happy tears, she helped me pick my wedding dress for my big day!My mum was also helped to pick her outfit and Katie was very very helpful. You can tell she's very passionate about her job, and so attentive! So glad this shop was recommended. If I could score it more than 5 stars I would, thankyou thankyou thankyou!!

So my experience was mixed. Brought an amazing dress, then found out I was pregnant, I asked if I could come and exchange the dress to be told I couldnt so ended up spending more money on another dress. Also as bigger woman I felt like I didn't fit in at that store, as I was wearing a in correct fitting bra (even though I had been fitted)

First visit with my daughter and Julie was very helpful and put my daughter at ease. After trying on lots of beautiful dresses the perfect dress was chosen. Very informative, relaxed and lovely family business. Highly recommended

We got our wedding dress and groom's suit with these amazing people, all the way through they were so helpful, the quality of the outfits was fantastic, the price was affordable, and nothing was too much trouble, in the bridal shop they looked at me and knew exactly what would work with me and their suggestions for the alterations were so helpful, you just tell them what you want to hide for confidence reasons and they just knew, throughout the entire process they were there - I honestly don't know how to thank them for such a wonderful experience from start to finish.

From start to finish the service was amazing, helpful and made my wishes come true, even during Covid! I loved my dress, the prices were really reasonable and service 2nd to none! Many thanks

Bought the Mrs Dress from here, 2 actually! And the little ones beautiful flower girl dress. The team is so kind and helpful, I would recommend it to anyone. Great suits in the other shop too!

Katie was absolutely fabulous here helping me find bridesmaid dresses and colour matching at short notice. She helped me get my dream veil with additional crystals on it. I only wish I had found this place before I ordered my wedding dress as the service was incredible and the team and seamstress are super kind and helpful. Katie is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing in this industry, it is such a lovely family run business and they really care about their customers. She was always so accommodating with my little baby and helped take a huge amount of stress off me. I would recommend this bridal shop to everyone I know getting married. Thanks so much.

Absolutely excellent service from them especially as it was a fairly last minute hire for my son to my wedding. He looked very smart.Great selections on offer and will definitely go there for further hires.

This bridal shop is incredible, from its range of dresses to the amazing service. The staff have such patience letting you try a number of dresses on before finding the perfect one. I am over the moon with my dress and couldn't recommend JC Brides and Grooms enough! Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and amazing aftercare service too.
