Very disappointed. Called for as an emergency. Paid expensive call out fee and other charges but not been repaired properly. Called after found some problems but no answers. Complained later but no further actions or apologies. NEVER!! So I had to call another engineer to come and repair. Very annoyed and disappointed!!

First rate service. Had a problem with our cooker, was there within the hour and fixed it. Thanks.

Not great service and charge at all.Called out service requested for freezer issue as an emergency and he changed a part. The engineer said it was all ok & no problm and told me to wait for couple of hours to see if temperature goes down but nothing at all. He didn't mention anything about the machine or what so ever before leaving the premises with full payment received. After 3 hours it didn't work at all so called him back and told him about the same issue.Then he said he couldn't come and just said I should defrost the freezer first which he never ever mentioned about it after he changed the part or before he left the premises. The engineer turned around with absolutely unacceptable excuse and attitude when asking him to come and fix the issue. Even he didn't call me next day as he said he would visit and see the machine but never called nor visited. Phone was switched off!!. I had to find another engineer to sort out the problem.What a irresonpossible person!.I would recommend this company to think again please.
