Very prompt service and high standard of works undertaken

I would not recommend. I would be lucky to see them 3 days a week and they would generally be gone by 3pm which made them extremely slow. I have had a problem where they did not put cavity trays into my extension and they refused to fix it. This was a problem that any builder with any knowledge would know would need to be added whether it was on the architect plans or not. I am very disappointed at their attitude towards me when I tried to discuss this issue with them and they denied all responsibility. i did not find them helpful or accommodating and eventually asked them to leave and I would get someone else to finish the work. I advice you to look elsewhere before contracting them to do any work for you.

Roger and Ryan are the most dependable building contractors i have come across, they always complete the works to a very high standard and always in very good time. They are very willing to accommodate your needs and keep a very tidy and clean site. I would definitely recommend them.

Roger and Ryan moved some internal walls, created some bespoke internal French doors and fitted new internal doors upstairs a couple of months ago- I always wait to do my reviews, JIC! Excellent and easy to work with, very high standards and they suggested changes to the original plans which have made the renovations better. Felt comfortable having them in my home. Would use again and have already recommended to a friend who has now used them too.

We couldn't have had a better experience with R&R - professional, trustworthy, reliable and their work is exceptional. We were so pleased with our first large extension, we went for a second. They work with you to understand what you need/want and how to get the best from your build. We would recommend R&R to anyone looking for great dependable builders. We couldn't speak more highly of them - brilliant costings, communication and workmanship. On top of all this, our builds took over a year to complete (as scheduled) and they were so helpful, friendly and great with our children.

We have been negotiating with Roger and Ryan for well over a year to build our extension, they came highly recommended , amazing reviews on their website and appeared to be just the builders we were looking for . We were working towards a commencement of work in September . Out of the blue we received an email recently to advise us they would no longer be able to do any of our proposed work due to issues"To say we are disappointed is an understatement

Roger and Ryan are very professional, trust worthy and proficient builders, they did a 2 story extension for use and were on site for 9 months, through out that time they we polite and punctual, kept us well informed and guided us through the whole process. They provided practical advice and solutions when unforeseen problems arose. They were great value for money and always made sure the site was clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them for all your building needs.
