Disaster with both a Turkish bought diamond bracelet and a 35 year old diamond daisy ring where stones had dropped out or were loose and claws were damaged too.Took the pieces into Maxim and in a surprisingly short time both were returned in beautiful condition and at a very reasonable cost, cheaper that the initial estimate too!Really nice and knowledgeable guys who are very keen to please and they do that certainly. Would not hesitate to return or recommend.

served by a charming and very interesting man named luke who gave me a very fair price for some old jewellery and an extremely good price for the repair and cleaning of my rings - very very happy with the results which were done there and then - rings look absolutely brand new - and the customer service was second to none. will definitely be going back in future to get them to do one of their beautiful bespoke designs!

Highly recommend this jewellery shop. My Partners white gold engagement and eternity rings needed re-coating, two main big brand jewellery shops” no guesses who! stated it would take around three weeks to get the rings re-coated as they had to be sent off” Maxims had mine recoated on the day and charged £30 per ring” bargain and excellent done. Will use again.

Maxim have always replated my white gold wedding and engagement rings for me, they are quick, friendly and incredibly reasonably priced.This time my engagement ring was quite badly worn and the prongs needed replacing, again I was quoted a really reasonable price and the workmanship is beautiful, my battered and bruised engagement ring looks brand new again.I love to support small, local businesses and can wholeheartedly recommenced this one.

Best jeweler we know. Honest. Trustworthy. We would never go anywhere else. Brilliant customer care. If you need jewelry go to Maxim. It's a must. Five star for a reason. Sorted my wife's eternity ring, ear rings, necklace. Also has reinforced my wife's engagement ring. Every time excellent.

Brilliant customer service, I recently had Links for my chain made and fitted here and they done an amazing job, I am very pleased with the result as they look identical to the originals. They also do a brilliant job of resizing rings.

Fantastic experience. Definitely recommend. The inconspicuity was outstanding as I managed to buy my wife a ring with my 3 children in the shop and go unnoticed! Also, had a couple of rings to be cleaned and diamonds set back in.
